  Miss Sands had amassed a very large bill and was issued a lease termination letter as required. We had no contact from her in the last 3 months and tried to contact her repeatedly prior to issuing the letter. I went out to over lock the unit and discovered miss Sands was using her fathers gate code to gain access to the facility and clean out her unit without paying. This could be construed as larceny. We try to help everyone who have life problems if they contact us. Miss Sands became verbally abusive. We have never been contacted by the local PD, nor would we EVER be violent toward a client under any circumstance.

  I love this storage facility! George and his wife are amazing owners. I've used their facility on and off over the years and they have always treated me kindly and professionally and the facility is amazing! A few times I knew I was going to be late; I simply reached out ahead of time and the owners were very cool about my situation. I wholeheartedly approve and endorse this business if anyone needs to store their belongings.
