  This is the worst BOA branch I have ever been too. The staff is great behind the counters, but it is so mismanaged that any task that requires a manager is painful. I have dealt with all the manager there and none are very professional or do their jobs. The last straw was when they refused to cash a BOA check, and were rude and unhelpful. I wish I could give a zero star review. But this branch and mangers deserve zero.
