  This lady in this office is absolutely NUTS! She put in all the insane terms in the contract that are unbelievable and everyone I showed it to, the bank, my attorney, my realtors, etc. they all laughed when they saw her terms. It's absolutely redicilous! As a realtor you should really just care about getting your money, as to who lends the money to buyers? Reply in 24 hours to sign a contract? No inspection on a property from 40s? Are you out of your f****** mind? Yes I'm pretty sure she is! She either has no sincerity in doing business or has severe mental problems like OCD. If you don't buy from her or agree to her crazy terms, she harass you days after days, for at least a week! And she makes it like all your fault.
