  my name is brittany Taylor i live in vero beach. i recently decided to switch from h&r block to try you i went to the branch in the winn dixie plaza in vero beach florida suite 102 on January 25th to file. at the time i didnt mind the 400 to 600 charge for service. but when jt came to my date on 23rd and i still have yet to receive my check and ive called the store everyday and all they csn tell me is my hands are tied and nothing they can do for me but a phone number. they are unprofessional and uneducated on their profession. the last call i made to them the lady was rude to me, yelled at me, threaten me that i dont need to go there with her, and kept arguing back and fourtb with me. to me right there those ladies shouldn't be working there for how unprofessional that was. im a single mother, and no one can tell me where my money is
